Your essential experience and education

  • Professional experience as a UX/UI designer or in a similar role.

  • A genuine passion for UI & UX, coupled with excellent design skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • A love for analytical and user-centric thinking.

  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively enhance designs.

  • Skilled in Figma, with knowledge of Miro and Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

  • Proficient in German and English

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate concepts into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance throughout the development process.

  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and evolving project requirements.

  • Maintain and contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines for consistent user experiences across platforms.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team.

  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 2.664,10 per month (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
